IF I don't want any portion of my property (not even my link) on their site, I would not submit a comment, but I would contact the administrator of that site and make my request(s). If I don't reach satisfaction, then I would contact my literary attorney. In general I do appreciate other folks quoting me and giving out my URL when they are publishing abstracts of my work.
