*The “Not Your Mother’s Book” (NYMB) humor anthologies, created by Dahlynn and Ken McKowen, feature stories written by contributors from around the world. NYMB is very different–stories are funny, irreverent and daring. You’ll NEVER READ a sad, sappy or death and dying stories in a NYMB book–EVER!

To date, there are 10 NYMB books available: On Being a Woman; On Dogs; On Being a Stupid Kid (all those baby boomer stories); On Travel; On Being a Parent; On Home Improvement; On Being a Mom; On Family; On Cats; and On Working for a Living. The McKowens are excited about the newest NYMB book, to be released in January 2015: On Sex. There will be 69 stories in that book!
