Thank you, Nancy Suib, for telling me about the Women’s Daytime Drop-in Center in Berkeley, CA
WDDC offers free services to any homeless woman and her children.
Located in West Berkeley, the Women’s Daytime Drop-in Center is the first daytime program for women and children in Berkeley. Established in 1988 as a volunteer cooperative, WDDC’s staff continue to be mostly community volunteers providing services five days a week.
The WDDC has evolved from its original mission of providing emergency and crisis response to a program of on-going support services. WDDC serves an average of 150 women and children each month in a nurturing, home like environment.

May 30, 2012 Just received an update via author Margie Yee Webb:
From Emmanuel ITIER
We are completing the filming of FEMME next week in China! All together it’s a whole wide world of great Women to be featured in this unique and inspiring movie.
Watch a few samples of interviews from youtube:
We only need now to get the last $25,000 in place by July to complete the editing and post production.
I’m giving away a PRODUCER credit for the person who wants to invest the complete amount.
But any amount is welcomed for an Associate Producer credit. Please, ask around and help us one more time if you can!
FEMME will be completed in the Fall. We will start touring the movie in many film festivals. The release will be done mainly on women websites during the Winter and next Spring.
Thank you for being part of FEMME!
Much Love and Peace!
In Oneness,
Emmanuel ITIER

FEMME Women Healing the World
Subject: URGENT- FEMME: Women healing the World – update and completion.
Dear Friend:
Look at these two samples of our interview just filmed with Sharon Stone:
We have also added great Ladies such as Maria Conchita Alonso, Barbara Lazaroff and Beth Brooke. Next we will achieve principal photography in China before heading for the post production room. FEMME will be done by the end of the Summer.
BUT, we urgently need to raise another $30,000 to finance this last step. So, please, ask around you and see if anyone can invest $500 or more. I will offer an Associate producer credit for this amount.
Warm LOVE and a Large Thank you for your support and participation in FEMME!

Thanks Teresa for sharing the word about FEMME: Women Healing the World! I am pleased to support this amazing project by Emmanuel Itier. He wrote earlier today that he arrived in China. During his trip from June 9-16, he will be interviewing amazing women in Beijing and Shanghai for FEMME. One of the women is the founder of Dandelion School Beijing, an organization which provides support and assistance to women and children in need. So it is ironic that you mentioned FEMME here along with the Women’s Daytime Drop-in Center, an organization that offers services to homeless and low-income women and children.
I will let Emmanuel know about your blog post and invite him to share samples of these interviews on YouTube with us.
I also want to give a shout-out to Celeste Yarnall, who had already been interviewed for FEMME, and is a fellow member of the Cat Writers’ Association!
Much appreciation, thanks again Teresa!

Hello my Dear Margie and Friends of FEMME!
We’re in Beijing and Shanghai this week meeting amazing women and filming great interviews for the final portion of the shooting of FEMME: Women healing the World.
It is amazing and such a positive trip as we meet women who are making a difference not only in China but in the World. It is also so refreshing to realize how sometimes we can wrongfully have a negative image of China and on the contrary meet people who are so supportive of the notion of change, collaboration and making sure together as One Humanity we build a self sustainable and peaceful future full of Peace and Harmony. I can see us coming back to China and build a even better collaboration for future documentaries.
Truly we are 7 billions geniuses on Planet Earth and we need to learn more from each other and work together. In Oneness We Think therefore We Are there We Do!
Much Love from China!
Emmanuel
