    Thanks for letting me know that June is Adopt-A-Shelter-Cat Month! This is perfect since our California Writers Club, Sacramento Branch speaker on June 19th is Arden Moore, America’s Pet Edutainer. Arden will be speaking on “Surviving and Thriving as a Pet Author in this Crazy Social Media World” ( She is the author of many books, including The Cat Behavior Answer Book, The Dog Behavior Answer Book, Happy Cat Happy You, Happy Dog Happy You, and Real Food for Dogs. Arden will also be at Barnes & Noble in Citrus Heights that day for a booksigning and we are having a Barnes & Noble Bookfair fundraiser.
