“Build Your Writer’s Platform & Fanbase In 22 Days”

  • Are you published and you want more readers and media attention?
  • Is your fiction or nonfiction project being turned down by agents or acquisition editors because your platform doesn’t entice them?

Coach Teresa LeYung-Ryan will show you how to thrive in the publishing arena and have fun too. She says: “Reach out, not stress out! By making your name stand for something—to attract targeted consumers (your fans)—who are likely to buy what you have to sell.  Learn how to help your fans find you, before and after publication!”  From the author of Build Your Writer’s Platform & Fanbase In 22 Days: Attract Agents, Editors, Publishers, Readers, and Media Attention NOW.

Meanwhile, go to  http://writingcoachTeresa.com  and watch Coach Teresa LeYung-Ryan’s interview on CBS “Bay Sunday.”    Her workbook will be available on Nov. 9, 2013.

BIO:
Teresa LeYung-Ryan has built her own platform happily; her novel  Love Made of Heart and her monologue Answer Me Now (an award-winning shorty play) carry the themes closest to her heart:   mother-daughter relationship, and, speaking openly about stigmas attached to mental illness. Love Made of Heart is used in college composition and women’s studies classes, available at public libraries, recommended by the CA School Library Association and the CA Reading Association, and is archived at the San Francisco History Center.
Through her workbook Build Your Writer’s Platform & Fanbase In 22 Days: Attract Agents, Editors, Publishers, Readers, and Media Attention NOW,  Coach Teresa helps fiction and nonfiction writers make their names synonymous with the issues they write about,  before and after publication.

See you there!

Sincerely,

22-Day Writing Coach Teresa LeYung-Ryan

Women Writers in Residence Program

Hedgebrook retreat for women writers is on Whidbey Island, about thirty-five miles northwest of Seattle, WA. Situated on 48-acres of forest and meadow facing Puget Sound, with a view of Mount Rainier, the retreat hosts women writers from all over the world for residencies of two to six weeks, at no cost to the writer. Residents are housed in six handcrafted cottages, where they spend their days in solitude – writing, reading, taking walks in the woods on the property or on nearby Double Bluff beach. In the evenings, they gather in the farmhouse kitchen to share a home-cooked gourmet meal, their work, their process and their stories. The Writers in Residence Program is Hedgebrook’s core program, supporting the fully-funded residencies of approximately 40 women writers at the retreat each year.

Applications for the 2014 Writers in Residence program are now available online.Women writers of all genres and levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
The application deadline is September 4th, 2013.
May you be one of the chosen ones!

Sincerely,

Coach Teresa LeYung-Ryan
